The Lord teaches you the same things over and over again.
I'm relearning to be real in my emotions.
If I'm dissappointed- then I'll be dissappointed.
Remember to allow yourself to feel.
If you face the good and bad realities with in yourself- and love. You'll be able to face it in others- and love.
Summer is coming. High school is ending.
There's a anxiousness in me of a new bride that has been taken out by her husband, but blind folded. She's eager to see where they are going, she trusts him, but she wants to see.
I'm excited. Where am I going? What will I be doing? Who will I meet?
I'm meeting freedom for a few months, no school for a entire semester. I'll ask to be full time on work. But I intend to: road trip, bike, walk on beaches, enjoy warm nights outside, devote myself to the high school group as a leader, be with people, spend a lot of time with God, be outside, learn, play, be brave, worship, cook, feed the homeless, listen, and do all those things that make life full. I hope you'll join me.

Decisions
I saw myself standing on the shore of an island with raging waters surrounding it. Every step I took towards the water the sand broke away and escaped me. "No turning back". I looked at the water crashing, rising, and seemingly defying all laws of nature. "step out". The sand continued to break away and sink into to the sea, my safe little island was becoming smaller. The ocean begged me "come in, immerse yourself.". "I'll float if I step off, right?" I fought back unexpected tears as I stepped onto the threshold of the ocean. It welcomed me in, and I stayed a float, losing my breath, but I didn't drown.

Here am I
"Take a new grip with your tired hands and strengthen your weak knees. Mark out a straight path for your feet so that those who are weak and lame will not fall but become strong. " Hebrews 12:12-13
Stranded, broken, branded
You take all of me
weary from running
weak from trying
you welcome me back
The Father LOVES his children
You take all of me
weary from running
weak from trying
you welcome me back
The Father LOVES his children
