I will choose silence, so I may hear God and be there with him.
I will choose to be alone and undistracted, to let my feelings that I shove off ripen and face them, and hand them over to God.
I will not play on my phone, and make wishes while I am with my friends.
I will be present in my body and mind to who I am sharing space with.
This week I will.
"i will give thanks to the lord with my whole heart;
I will recount all of your wonderful deeds.
I will be glad and exult in you;
I will sing praise to your name, o most high." psalm 9:1-2
